                   A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 7 TO 
                   THE CONTRACT WITH C & I SPECIALTY CO., INC. 
                   ON THE RENOVATION, REMODELING AND ADDITIONS 
                   TO THE MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM, A COPY OF WHICH 
                   IS ATTACHED HERETO, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO 
                   THE CITY, AND AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO 
                   EXECUTE SAID CHANGE ORDER NO. 7.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby approved 
       Change Order No. 7 to the Contract with C & I Specialty Co., Inc. 
       on the renovation, remodeling and additions to the Memorial 
       Auditorium, a copy of which is attached hereto, at no additional 
       cost to the City, and authorizing the Administrator of the 
       Department of Parks and Recreation to execute said Change Order 
       No. 7.
